　　Year's plan starts with spring. 　　During the holiday season, our staff have just spent a harmonious and happy Spring Festival. We all enjoy the release of inner pride and passion. It should be said, for our own, we get a proper recuperation and rest. For the relatives and friends, the blessings have been sent to, the desire has been expressed. We had such a pleasant time in Chinese New Year, which left a good memory to us.

　　Now festival ended, we were back to the job on time. From now on, we should quickly devote ourselves to the work, filled with enthusiasm, full of spirit, high morale, adequate confidence. Employees are aware that we have a new start, a very rare in the platform, the Group's chemical blocks construction taken a welcome step, a comprehensive group enterprise profits, enterprise make a success in science and technology innovation and party-building and culture development, which has laid a good foundation for the Group to build a large-scale international enterprise group.

　　Do a good job this year is of great significance. This year is the first year for national implementation of the second Five Year Plan, and also of the most important year for Communist Party of China to celebrate its ninety year birthday, which provided good and more opportunity to accelerate the development of the Group.
